At Bayard Management, we believe that achieving football excellence requires more than talent - it demands hard work, quality effort, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
As the CEO of Bayard Management, I have extensive experience in the football industry, grounded in honesty, transparency, dedication, and loyalty - qualities that define our agency.
Career and Personal Experience
My career as a professional footballer took me to several countries, from Croatia to Slovenia, Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and beyond. I’ve played in top-tier competitions, gaining invaluable insights along the way.
Gaining experience is not just about the game; it’s about constant effort. The hours of individual training to overcome weaknesses, the emotional highs and lows of locker room dynamics, and the tactical education under some of the best (and less competent) coaches have all shaped me into the person I am today.
Having experienced the challenges of the football world both with representation and without, I understand the importance of having a dedicated agent. I’ve felt the struggle of navigating my career alone and the difference a supportive agent can make.
The Role of an Agent and Guiding Young Talents
As a FIFA licensed football agent and businessman, my goal is to use my experience to mentor, advise, and represent young players with the same dedication that once drove me on the pitch. I understand the challenges and successes that this journey entails, and I am here to ensure that our path is successful.
Primarily a defender, analysing the movements of opposing strikers, I’ve also adapted to playing in midfield, allowing me to view football from various perspectives. This understanding of the game has led me to my current mission: guiding the next generation of football talent.
Business Skills and Client Services
Being part of a family business during my football career and now afterward has equipped me with a variety of valuable skills. From managing operations and negotiating contracts to building strong relationships, these experiences have prepared me to handle the complexities of the sports industry, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support and guidance.
Representing players is at the core of our business, and we also offer scouting services tailored for both clubs and individual players, focusing on player development and potential.
Additionally, we provide private tutoring for aspiring agents preparing for the FIFA Agent Exam, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in passing the exam.
